Céline Dion maakt verrassingsoptreden in Parijs

De modeshow van L'Oréal bracht heel wat bekende gezichten samen in Parijs. Céline Dion zorgde er voor een extra opvallend moment met haar verrassingsoptreden. De zangeres stond er samen met verschillende beroemdheden en modellen in de schijnwerpers, terwijl de Eiffeltoren op de achtergrond voor een bijzonder decor zorgde.

Het evenement draaide niet alleen rond mode, maar ook rond diversiteit en de verschillende vrouwen die op de catwalk verschenen. Dat viel ook Lorentia Veppi op, die het evenement van dichtbij meemaakte.

Ook Tiany Kiriloff en Lorentia Veppi aanwezig

Onder de genodigden waren ook enkele Vlaamse vrouwen. Tiany Kiriloff deelde verschillende foto's en video's van haar aanwezigheid in Parijs met haar volgers. Ook Lorentia Veppi was erbij en koos voor de gelegenheid een outfit die meteen de aandacht trok.

Veppi verscheen namelijk in haar trouwjurk. Zelf legt ze op Instagram uit waarom ze voor die opvallende keuze ging. "Wie heeft eigenlijk beslist dat ge uw trouwjurk maar één keer moogt aandoen? Ik heb gewoon gewacht op de juiste gelegenheid… en Le Défilé in Parijs leek mij wel gepast." Met haar keuze zorgde ze voor een persoonlijke twist tijdens het evenement. Wat Veppi naar eigen zeggen misschien nog het meest bijblijft van de avond, is niet haar eigen opvallende outfit, maar de verscheidenheid op de catwalk. "Maar wat mij misschien nog het meest is bijgebleven? Zoveel verschillende vrouwen samen op één catwalk. Verschillende lichamen, huidskleuren, leeftijden en verhalen. Allemaal anders, allemaal prachtig", schrijft ze.

De aanwezigheid van Céline Dion, de vele internationale beroemdheden en modellen én de Vlaamse genodigden maakten van de modeshow een opvallende avond in Parijs. Voor Tiany Kiriloff en Lorentia Veppi was het bovendien een gelegenheid om hun volgers mee te nemen achter de schermen van het evenement.

Voor Veppi kreeg de avond dankzij haar trouwjurk alvast een extra persoonlijk kantje. Haar boodschap maakt duidelijk dat een jurk die ooit voor één bijzondere dag werd uitgekozen, volgens haar perfect een tweede leven kan krijgen tijdens een andere bijzondere gelegenheid.
